Hi, I’m Alex! I was born in Paramus, New Jersey, and my passion for health and fitness began in my early teens. I’ve been dedicated to working out, staying active, and maintaining a healthy diet since I was 16. To take my expertise to the next level, I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Now, I help people of all ages reach their fitness goals and live healthier, stronger, and more independent lives.
I work with clients of all ages, from 15 to 75 and beyond—there are no limits to what I can help you achieve.
